In Short

• Deliver dedicated support to Dutch-speaking clients throughout their onboarding and continuous use of the video streaming platform.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently in Dutch.
• Facilitate training sessions to help clients understand the platform's features and benefits.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to better understand their streaming needs and challenges.
• Work with internal teams to share client feedback and recommend platform enhancements.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in video streaming to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Document client interactions and contribute to the improvement of support resources.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer support or client relations, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with video streaming services is a plus.
