Sales/Partnerships Coach (VP+) – Remote

Overview

We are looking for senior leaders in sales/partnerships roles who value learning, growth, and community and who are passionate about developing and coaching people in their field.

In Short

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness and respect.
• Senior sales/partnerships leaders with 20+ years of experience preferred.
• Must dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching.
• This is a contract position, paid per hour with potential bonuses.
• Must be based in Europe and speak English.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in managing sales/partnerships teams.
• Desire to turn people leadership skills into coaching skills.
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
• High emotional IQ and ability to create a safe space for others.
• Growth mindset towards coaching skills development.
• Comfortable in a startup environment.
• Commitment to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months.
