  • Expertise in trade surveillance tools and data governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures and big data technologies.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven surveillance models.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, or related fields preferred.
