Overview

The Activation Specialist at Mekari Jurnal will assist clients in setting up applications tailored to their needs, provide product training, and offer consultancy on best practices in accounting software.

In Short

• Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements
• Provide product training to users
• Consult clients on best practice Accounting Software
• Maintain account portfolio for usage and transactions
• Support and provide solutions to client issues
• Gather client information and implement them into the system
• Assist the developer team with bug testing
• Regularly report to the manager about client needs and problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Required skills: accounting; knowledge in tax is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft and Gsuite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
• Fast learner and independent
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure
