Activation Specialist (Financial Service) - Remote

Overview

The Activation Specialist at Mekari will assist clients in setting up applications tailored to their needs, provide training, and support them in using financial services software.

In Short

• Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements
• Provide product training to users
• Consult clients on best practices for financial services software
• Maintain account portfolio for usage and transactions
• Support clients with issues and provide solutions
• Gather client information for system implementation
• Assist developer team with bug testing
• Report client needs and problems to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Accounting Software Certificate is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft and Gsuite
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with numbers and client interactions
• Fast learner and independent
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure
