As a Financial Services Specialist, you will be an Ambassador for Nordstrom, handling phone calls from customers in a virtual environment, committed to upholding the tradition of Nordstrom’s Legendary Customer Service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Strong computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Respect confidentiality and work with integrity.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
