ERP Systems Financial Specialist - Remote

Overview

Nordstrom is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Financial Specialist to establish and execute strategies and programs in Finance and Accounting. This role will be critical to both the initial implementation and ongoing support of the company’s new Oracle ERP environment.

In Short

• Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
• Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful integration.
• Lead system testing and end-user training.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud Financials functionality.
• Provide technical/functional support to business development.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
• Continuously review opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and SME guidance to end users.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex systems.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Oracle Cloud SaaS certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and devise solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of core finance processes.
• Experience in process design and mapping.
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
