Overview

The Financial Systems team oversees the ongoing enhancement of Braze’s Financial platforms, data, security and operating procedures. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting technical issues with our financial systems.

In Short

• Respond to incoming support requests through our ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to financial software applications.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests.
• Communicate effectively with users regarding their requests.
• Work closely with system administrators and engineers.
• Assist in onboarding new users.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
• Gather user feedback for system improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Coupa or NetSuite.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A team player with the ability to build relationships.
• Familiarity with financial systems and IT troubleshooting.
