Overview

As a Learning Specialist at Mejuri, you’ll design, develop, and deliver learning experiences that help our teams grow and succeed. Reporting to the Director, Learning and Culture, you’ll work closely with our Retail teams to bring impactful training to life across our store network.

In Short

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and subject matter experts.
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions.
  • Create engaging learning materials.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS for retail learning.
  • Track and report on training engagement.
  • Support change management initiatives.
  • Ensure content reflects brand standards.
  • Coordinate the learning calendar of events.
  • Provide technical support for the LMS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development.
  • Experience in instructional design.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Training in Design and/or Education fundamentals.
