At Mejuri, you will conceptualize, execute, and drive your category's merchandising strategy, delivering on key business revenue objectives.

In Short

  • Conceptualize and execute strategic development of global product assortments.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product Development to bring innovative products to market.
  • Work with Integrated Marketing and Visual Merchandising on customer-centric plans.
  • Negotiate seasonal investment strategies with Merchandise Planning.
  • Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis.
  • Deliver insights from weekly sales reporting.
  • Manage product attributes, pricing, and SKU creation.
  • Provide expert product insights to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of merchandising experience in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of assortment strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in retail financial metrics.
  • Experience in pricing strategy development.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with merchandising systems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for the fashion/jewelry industry.
  • Personally driven with a strong sense of urgency.
