Requirements

• Fluent/native Dutch skills (spoken and written).
• Fluent in English.
• Success in a sales environment (cold-calling and upselling? Bonus points!).
• Experience supporting merchants or customers.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with patience and integrity.
• Adaptability—you think fast and tackle challenges head-on.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs (a plus).
