Overview

As the Visual Merchandising Manager at Mejuri, you will lead visual merchandising execution in the East Region, ensuring seamless implementation of seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling.

In Short

  • Lead visual merchandising across East Region stores.
  • Partner with store teams to optimize layouts and drive sales.
  • Conduct regular store visits to inspect execution and provide coaching.
  • Manage print production and in-store signage for all locations.
  • Develop seasonal print order forms for timely rollout of materials.
  • Review and approve digital proofs for brand alignment.
  • Track deliveries and manage quality control.
  • Act as the key contact between Retail VM and Marketing Production.
  • Provide feedback to improve campaign execution.
  • Participate in creative meetings for campaign planning.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of visual merchandising experience.
  • Experience in managing marketing and print production.
  • Strong vendor and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills.
  • Ability to balance creative execution with operational rigor.
  • Strong analytical skills linked to business performance.
  • Hands-on approach with travel requirements.
  • Experience managing budgets and timelines.
  • Experience training store teams in visual merchandising standards.
  • Proficiency in Google programs and Adobe Creative Suite.
