Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising or related fields.
• Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail execution.
• Experience with category management and retail operations.
• Familiarity with global retail guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
