Audio Visual Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Audio Visual team at Stripe is tasked with delivering best in class collaboration experiences. This role will be responsible for the research and development of new AV experiences and standards, event production and operation, and project management ranging from office builds to technology rollouts.

In Short

• Research and Develop AV technology standards across offices
• Serve as an escalation point for technically complex issues

• Help develop & mature current processes with scalability in mind
• Work on production and operation of high tiered internal events

• Manage design, procurement, installation of office builds

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise scale environment
• Experience delivering and developing complex technical solutions
• High level knowledge of AV hardware & software infrastructures
• Experience in a collaborative and remote environment
• Strong understanding of streaming and event production workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple vendors globally
• Healthy skepticism for the status quo
• Experience empowering teams with empathy
• Precise communication skills
