Solutions Architect - Enterprise & Mid Market - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect will work closely with sales and customer success teams to craft solution architectures and guide customers through technical decision-making, ensuring a unified customer experience and long-term value realization.

In Short

• Serve as the technical lead for a Sales Pod.
• Design scalable Layer 2 and Layer 3 network solutions.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture design during pre-sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Proven success in designing enterprise cloud and network architectures.
• Strong understanding of public cloud networking services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and API integrations is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 architectures.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment.
