Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Trainer – EMR Navigation Specialist to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will drive the development and delivery of EMR training programs, focusing on NetHealth and WoundExpert systems. You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to enhance operational workflows and improve patient care processes. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with prior authorization from either the patient or payer side.

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and materials for healthcare staff on using NetHealth and WoundExpert.
• Collaborate with the CMO and cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Utilize your experience in managing prior authorizations to train staff on best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals, resolving issues in real-time.
• Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and update training content regularly.
• Work closely with IT, clinical, and operations teams to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Experience in EMR systems, specifically NetHealth and WoundExpert.
