We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle process for our clients, ensuring the smooth functioning of the RCM operations. The Ideal candidate for this role will have experience in FQHC, and Community health. As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage key client relationships, lead a team of RCM professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and overall financial performance.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
• Work with clients to identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve billing accuracy, and increase revenue collection.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the revenue cycle.
• Investigate and resolve any escalated billing or collection issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and provide guidance to the RCM team, ensuring they meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare finance roles.
• Community health center experience – Required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
