Agile & IT Process Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Agile & IT Process Consultant provides expert guidance and support to Medrio’s Product & Technology division in its continuous improvement journey toward Agile transformation and optimizing IT process. This individual is a champion for continuous improvement and SDLC maturity, guiding others in the development of well-defined, structured, and optimized processes.

In Short

• Evaluate existing Agile and SDLC processes for bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Design streamlined solutions for workflows and methodologies.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Leverage data analytics to inform leaders’ decisions.
• Identify potential risks related to SDLC processes.
• Provide training and coaching on Agile principles.
• Coordinate with product management and software development teams.
• Configure and validate JIRA workflows and permissions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping and gap analysis.
• Strong experience with JIRA.
• Experience in change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
