Director of RTSM - Remote

Overview

The Director of RTSM is responsible for helping our sales team reach their RTSM targets, as well as guiding our Services teams and clients to a successful RTSM implementation.

In Short

• Manage a team of Solutions Architects that guide customer study design.
• Support consistent attainment of all bookings and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Represent the company in the field ethically.
• Coordinate resources within sales and other departments.
• Provide feedback on solution areas to product and marketing.
• Assist service and delivery teams for best customer experience.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of RTSM leadership experience.
• Experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
• Knowledge of Research and Clinical Trials.
• Familiarity with Mobile Health, eCOA, IRT, and RTSM.
• SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
