Quality Technician - DME - Remote

Overview

The Quality Technician is responsible for investigating customer complaints and ensuring compliance with quality standards in a FDA regulated industry.

In Short

• Accountable for customer complaint investigations and outcomes.
• Coordinate servicing, issue replacements or credits to customers.
• Run trending reports of complaints and initiate corrective action requests.
• Update complaints in the SAP Complaint System.
• Perform product complaint investigations and suggest product improvements.
• Write complaint investigation summary letters.
• Issue credits and coordinate servicing or replacement orders.
• Maintain compliance with QST and ISO regulations.
• Experience in Quality Assurance in a FDA regulated industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Experience in customer service, meeting quality standards.
• Ability to control and coordinate concurrent tasks and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
