Quality Technician - DME Quality - Remote

Overview

The Quality Technician is responsible for investigating customer complaints and ensuring compliance with quality standards in a regulated industry.

In Short

• Accountable for customer complaint investigations and outcomes.
• Run trending reports of complaints and initiate corrective actions.
• Update complaints in the SAP Complaint System.
• Perform product complaint investigations through various techniques.
• Write complaint investigation summary letters to customers.
• Coordinate servicing and replacement orders as required.
• Maintain compliance with QST and ISO regulations.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a FDA regulated industry.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality standards and customer satisfaction evaluation.
