Overview

The Quality Engineering Technician supports the Quality Engineering Department by performing various tests related to quality improvement projects in a global medical technology company.

In Short

  • Conduct experiments and collect data for quality analysis.
  • Perform precise measurements using specialized equipment.
  • Utilize blueprints and specifications for capability studies.
  • Evaluate production machines and record data.
  • Set up tests on materials and products for performance measurement.
  • Assist in customer complaint investigations and prepare reports.
  • Maintain a validation database and perform statistical analyses.
  • Observe safety and environmental procedures.
  • Work primarily on-site with a focus on collaboration.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding workplace safety and health.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED; Associate of Science preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in quality control or assurance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP and problem-solving experience preferred.
  • Experience with validations and root cause analysis is desired.
