Branch Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Branch Trainer will be responsible for training new hires and ensuring efficient order deliveries in a warehouse environment.

• Train new hires to meet quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current team member with at least 12 months of experience.
• Performance evaluation score of 3.0 or greater.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in SAP & Catalyst.
• Ability to operate machinery within the location.
