Accounts Payable Representative - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing various Accounts Payable transactions for assigned vendor accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliations and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

In Short

• Process Accounts Payable transactions for assigned vendors.
• Prepare and present vendor account reconciliations.
• Review and analyze A/P aging reports.
• Communicate discrepancies with vendors via Zendesk.
• Ensure proper approvals for exception invoices.
• Maintain and update statement spreadsheets in real time.
• Prepare monthly portfolio scrubs for performance analysis.
• Resolve outstanding issues on aging and parked reports.
• Contribute to adhoc tasks and projects.
• Build positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous vendor and/or account reconciliation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Familiarity with A/P cycle processes.
