Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and competent Service Desk Employee for our 1st and 2nd Level Support. In this role, you will be responsible for phone support, email support, and handling tickets through our system (Atlassian Jira).

In Short

  • Support and advise our customers on technical issues
  • Handle support requests via phone, email, and ticket system
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows clients and servers (versions 2008-2022, 2025 is an advantage)
  • Administer and maintain servers and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware vSphere/vCloud)
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 certification is an advantage)

Requirements

  • Good to very good knowledge in server configuration and administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows clients and servers (versions 2008-2022, 2025 is an advantage)
  • Knowledge in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware vSphere/vCloud)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange administration (is an advantage)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure/Entra/INTUNE/Exchange Online/M365
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in MS Teams administration (is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Independent and structured working style
