Overview

You will work at our IT service desk, assisting employees with IT-related issues. Your tools include a ticketing system, phone, email, and various supportive software such as remote control and troubleshooting tools. • Professional demeanor representing IT values.
• Fluent in Dutch; French and/or English is a plus.
