To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager (m/w/d) starting from June 1, 2025, to further advance the brands of our corporate group.

In Short

• Contribute to marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Event and trade fair planning and execution
• Planning, execution, and analysis of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Collaboration with internal teams and external service providers (agencies, partners)
• Conceptualization & creation of measures and materials for sales support & lead generation
• Measuring success and optimizing our measures based on relevant KPIs
• Support and further development of social media channels
• Content creation for various platforms (website, blog, newsletter, social media)
• Manage and develop our online presence
• Support our CRM & customer journey teams

Requirements

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a comparable position
• Creativity, initiative, and analytical thinking
• Proficient in common graphic and analytical tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
