Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (d/w/m/x) focusing on Paid Social to join our international team of digital natives. You will be responsible for the strategic coordination and operational execution of our digital campaigns.

• Strategic omnichannel consulting with internal and external partners.
• Overall coordination of campaigns with regular alignment with sales and account management teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Passion for digital marketing and experience in analyzing KPIs.
• Ability to see the big picture in campaign objectives.
• Understanding of creating paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Interest in new advertising channels and trends.
• Result-oriented and efficient mindset.
• Hands-on mentality in analyzing and optimizing processes.
• Fluent in German and negotiation-level English.
