Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting and driving sales and revenue growth for Worldstar Hip Hop, a part of the MediaLab portfolio of consumer internet brands. Your primary focus will be on managing inbound sales requests from a diverse range of clients, streamlining internal and external workflows for campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage an active pipeline of inbound sales inquiries for posting on WSHH’s website and social media accounts.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Master and effectively promote WSHH products, services, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with WSHH’s sales, content, and social teams to deliver customer assets, campaigns, and approvals for social posting, cadence, and campaign execution.
  • Track and report on client campaigns, revenue, pacing, and overall performance.
  • Work closely with the VP of Business Development to refine internal processes, ensuring growth in client volume and revenue from inbound sales.
  • Support the WSHH External Sales Representative with campaign activations.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain business relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the WSHH brand and social media ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (including Slides).
  • Experience with Salesforce or related Sales CRM platforms; Boostr experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
