Overview

As a Director, Value Engineering, you will lead the development and execution of value engineering strategies that enhance our Value solutions and support our sales and customer success initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our value engineering practices resonate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years in value engineering or related fields in SaaS.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through value-based selling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strategic mindset with a customer-centric focus.
• Strong customer-facing skills and executive presence.
• Understanding of software development methodologies preferred.
• Experience with revenue enablement or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
