• Document and analyse current processes and workflows.
• Identify redundancies and inefficiencies.
• Map steps to identify cost to serve and efficiency gains.
• Define future-state processes and workflows.
• Ensure connection between business requirements and delivery.
• Support project leadership in managing messaging.
• Provide guidance on future state and process mapping.
• Work closely with team resources and stakeholders.
• Lead the BA effort with stakeholders and product owner.
• Deliver a consistent process for process design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst.
• Ability to create detailed process maps.
• Experience in designing conceptual process maps.
