  • Provide customer service support for medical health plan clients.

  • Conduct provider searches and facilitate appointment scheduling.
  • Investigate and resolve escalations and complaints.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Must work autonomously and think critically.
  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in US Commercial Medical Call Operations preferred.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong KPI performance in customer service roles.
  • Ability to listen and interpret customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with healthcare processes and procedures.
  • Must adapt to changes in procedures and guidance.
