Quality Validation Senior Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Quality Validation Senior Advisor will be responsible for validating business requirements within the Medication Utilization Management applications against gathered business requirements, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a keen understanding of downstream impacts.

• Hybrid position (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
• Align with Cigna Pharmacy Business UM Operations Team
• Validate business requirements through testing in enterprise applications
• Analyze and document application behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues
• Document findings for leadership review
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare utilization management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred
• Experience with OnePA, CSP, ATK, and claims processing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with complex systems and processes
