Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst at Evernorth will oversee the purchasing process, ensuring compliance and efficiency in procurement operations.

In Short

• Review and create purchase requisitions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Support end-to-end payment processes for invoices.
• Partner with internal customers to develop Ariba Purchase Orders.
• Analyze and issue purchase requests for proposals/quotes.
• Select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery criteria.
• Resolve purchasing and invoicing problems with vendors.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to manage data in Excel.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the process.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with the Ariba platform and P2P applications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
