• We are hiring a Senior Sourcing Analyst, Procure-to-Pay within the Procurement organization.
• This position will assist in advancing the savings goal targets as mandated by leadership.
• The role has great potential for growth within Strategic Sourcing or Travel Expenses.
• Negotiate new and renewing SaaS contracts with an annual contract value of <$50k.
• Collaborate with the business and legal to mitigate undue risk.
• Own transactional, administrative and compliance aspects of T&E related tools.
• Directly responsible for managing the T&E program at large.
• Perform cyclical analyses of available T&E tools.
• Assist with Motive P-Card vendor management duties as assigned.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
• 1-3 years of procurement experience reviewing and negotiating SaaS contracts.
• 1-3 years working in a tech start-up environment is preferred.
• Experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Audit and/or public accounting experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and corporate travel & expense programs.
• Ability to understand basic legal acumen and collaborate effectively with Motive Legal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-focused and detail-oriented.
• Great communication skills.
