Overview

The Operations Instructional Designer and Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring effective learning solutions that enhance operational performance.

• Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps.

• 2+ years of experience with instructional design software preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operational initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond preferred.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel 0-25% preferred.
