Overview

The Senior Director, Program Management Office (PMO) & Change Management Lead is a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness Office, responsible for driving governance, execution discipline, cross-functional coordination, interdependency management, and stakeholder engagement for a multi-year enterprise transformation agenda.

In Short

  • Establish and manage governance structures (steering committees, working groups, leadership reviews).
  • Implement scalable PMO tools and standardized project management practices.
  • Maintain regular program cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly updates).
  • Sequence and oversee initiatives in location strategy, vendor optimization, automation/AI, and org design.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and risks across Finance, HR, Data, Procurement, and business units.
  • Track headcount, cost savings, vendor spend, and automation outcomes.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for workforce impacts and process redesign.
  • Lead cross-enterprise stakeholder engagement to build alignment around program goals.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks and issues.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in program management, transformation, large scale PMO, consulting, or change management roles preferred.
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 25%+ travel expected - primarily to St. Louis MO, Philadelphia, PA, and Bloomfield, CT.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading multi-year efficiency programs.
  • Strong expertise in program governance and KPI management.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Experience working with global teams, including India-based hubs.
  • Expertise in shared services and transformation.
  • Background in AI/automation programs or process redesign.
