Overview

The AI/ML Lead – Supply Chain at McKesson is responsible for building Supply Chain solutions that deliver incremental business value through improved operational efficiencies and enhanced business effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or programming.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Hands-on experience in statistical simulation and modeling techniques.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and rapid iteration.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/ML modeling and design of experiments.
• Ability to assess data availability and readiness.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges across the data stack.
