Supply Chain Compliance Lead - Remote

Overview

Nightwing is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Lead to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements and Nightwing policies across multiple Business Units, playing a crucial role in the Contracts & Supply Chain organization.

In Short

• Lead compliance issues investigation and resolution.
• Develop an approved Purchasing System for Nightwing.
• Conduct internal and external audits including CPSR and MMAS.
• Assist in the preparation and review of cost proposals.
• Ensure alignment of Command Media with regulatory updates.
• Direct compliance reviews/audits across HQ and field offices.
• Provide training and buyer support.
• Manage compliance with Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act.
• Support efforts around capacity-building for contract-related tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external programmatic audits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Government Acquisition or related field.
• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS Regulations.
• Experience conducting acquisition transaction audits.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage across multiple locations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with audit preparation for CPSR.
• Ability to develop and implement project plans.
• A Secret Clearance is a plus.
