Overview

The Bilingual Area Real Estate Manager will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating deals for new McDonald's locations in Eastern Canada, contributing to the Development Plan and maximizing income and return on investment.

  • Assist in the presentation of site packages for approval.
  • Coordinate development opportunities with Owner Operators.
  • Execute development plans to meet portfolio goals.
  • Requires 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Experience in the Quick-Service-Restaurant (QSR) industry is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate in Eastern Canada.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
