Overview

McDonald’s is seeking a qualified finance professional to play a pivotal role in commercial decision-making across our UK & Ireland business, partnering with franchisees and supporting high-level financial planning.

In Short

• Work closely with Franchisee Directors to support financial decision-making.
• Lead financial modelling for franchise transactions and investments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations & Legal teams on strategy and execution.
• Assess market conditions to support sustainable business expansion.
• Provide financial training and insights to stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in financial modelling and business planning.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
• A self-starter mindset with ambition to progress.
