Overview

The Real Estate Manager will be accountable for executing the company’s real estate growth strategy and supporting the real estate needs of operating bakeries, while working remotely on the West Coast.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of site analytic tools.
• Experience with large real estate portfolios.
• National network of brokers and landlords.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
