Payroll Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Advisor will join McDonald's Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 20,000 crew members and contributing to system improvements in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Process payroll accurately and on time for crew and salaried staff.
• Manage and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Implement new systems and processes, including Zellis ResourceLink.

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with Zellis HCM ResourceLink is essential.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, RRS, PowerBI is a plus.
