The Senior Research Partner at Maze will play a critical role in enhancing customer research practices while adopting the Maze platform, ensuring customers derive value early in their engagement.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Researcher or ResearchOps professional.
• Strong program management skills with a focus on repeatable systems.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Ability to build trust quickly in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in building programs from scratch.
• Comfort in flexing between different roles and responsibilities.
• Curiosity and adaptability to help customers succeed.
