As the Growth & Business Operations Lead at Maze, you'll be a critical force-multiplier working across the entire company with a focus on accelerating our growth trajectory.

In Short

• Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-impact initiatives that drive business growth.
• Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows that enable the company to operate efficiently as we grow.
• Quickly switch contexts to solve diverse business challenges across marketing, sales, product, and operations.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Lead high-priority special projects directly for the CEO and executive team, seeing them through from conception to implementation.
