Role: Marketing & Growth Operations Lead
Focus on scaling Thrive’s growth engine
Intersection of marketing, data, operations, and user acquisition
Build systems, optimize funnels, drive measurable outcomes
Coordinate multi-channel go-to-market campaigns
Implement audience segmentation and personalized workflows
Manage incentive programs and track milestones
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborate with top DAOs and investors
Remote position with a globally distributed team

Requirements

3–7 years in marketing ops, growth, or revenue operations
Strong grasp of marketing analytics and user funnel strategy
Experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, and Web3 analytics platforms
Proven ability to build systems from scratch
Understanding of onchain behavior and crypto user journeys
Bonus: Experience with grant ecosystems or Web3 community engagement
