Thrive Protocol is an early-stage crypto startup building the funding layer for onchain innovation. We partner with top blockchain ecosystems to fund the most impactful builders in Web3. Our protocol powers crypto GDP by automating treasury allocations to projects creating real, measurable value.

In Short

• Design and maintain Thrive’s core marketing and brand assets.
• Create graphics for landing pages, ecosystem campaigns, blog posts, and social channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing lead on campaign visuals, narratives, and formats.
• Work with product and engineering teams to produce UI mockups.
• Align consistently with Thrive’s emerging brand voice, style, and aesthetic tone.
• Help develop a lightweight, high-clarity visual system.
• Manage asset libraries and workflows for brand consistency.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio of marketing assets.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional visual storytelling ability.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Understands crypto culture and design norms.
• Thrives in async workflows.
• Based in Lisbon (preferred), or able to collaborate closely across EU time zones.
