• Design and implement scalable workflows across platforms like Salesforce, Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesloft, Gainsight, Ironclad, and more.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate platforms and automate workflows.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team to maintain data integrity and develop reports.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Document workflows and continuously optimize processes.
• Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate tool performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for system changes and training.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Systems roles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, integration, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesloft, and automation tools.
• Demonstrated success in streamlining workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a mission-driven organization.
