• Communicate with insurance representatives to resolve claim issues.
• Identify patterns in denials and escalate issues to management.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth payment processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in benefits management or insurance is required.

Requirements

• Experience in claims and collections management.
• Understanding of medical billing and coding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., Availity, Stedi).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
