The Payment Operations Associate, Pay-ins at Flywire is responsible for managing and streamlining the payment process, optimizing fund movement and reconciliation across global accounts, and supporting both Payment Operations and Customer Support Teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in the Banking/Payments industry.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build processes and identify risks.
• Working knowledge of Excel and online tools.
